The Marriott Syracuse is a complete redevelopment of the historic Hotel Syracuse originally constructed in the 1920s. The property is a full service product that contains 261 guestrooms, 2 historic ballrooms, an IACC certified conference space, 6 food & beverage venues and a completely restored lobby. The Brine Wells team has managed this redevelopment and key members are the principal ownership group of this property. Total project cost is estimated at $75MM. The property opened in August of 2016.
Hyatt House - Syracuse, New York
The proposed Hyatt House is an existing Hilton originally constructed in the mid-1980s. The property was on the process of being converted into apartments in the lat 2000s but work was ceased. The Hyatt House conversion includes 120 guestrooms with the brand programmed amenities. The Brine Wells team has been retained by the development group to project manage this conversion. Total Estimated cost for this project is $18.4 MM. Estimated completion of this work is Spring 2019
Hotel Niagara - Niagara Falls, New York
Proposed restoration of the 1920 Hotel Niagara located in Niagara Falls, New York to include 130 guestrooms, restoration of the Lobby, Main Ballroom consistent to original 1920's design, Three meal full service restaurant, full service Lounge, exterior sidewalk patio for dining, rooftop lounge with views of Niagara Falls, Meeting and private dining facilities.
Westin - Las Vegas, Nevada
The Westin Las Vegas is an existing 826 room hotel with associated brand amenities. The project program includes a property improvement plan established by Starwood as well as repositioning of the ground floor uses and expansion of the meeting space. The Brine Wells team has been retained by the ownership group to project manage this repositioning effort. Total project cost is estimated at $35MM. Competed July 2018..
DoubleTree - Newark, New Jersey
A renovation of an existing hotel that includes all 500 guestrooms, corridors and suites. All public space gets renovated including reprogramming of the lobby, fitness center and check-in experience. The scope of work includes upgrades to the infrastructure and exterior envelope. Total projected cost $19.7 MM. Completion October 2018
